Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy:
We strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds and returns are subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns:
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
– Opened medical devices, prescription-based products, and disposable items are non-returnable.

Rental Equipment:
– Equipment must be returned in good condition by the agreed return date.
– Damaged or missing items may result in extra charges.
– Late returns may incur daily rental fees.

Refund Process:
– Refund requests must be submitted via email (support@healthagellc.com).
– Inspection will be conducted upon receiving returned items.
– Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exchanges:
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost.
